Another Tribute Portfolio hotel developed and owned by LRC2 properties is The Alamite, a 112 room boutique hotel in Downtown Tuscaloosa offering a balance of refinement and eclecticism to guests. Cotton House, Cleveland, a Tribute Portfolio hotel, is a 95-room boutique hotel in the heart of the Mississippi Delta that infuses Southern Hospitality with bold, modern energy; it was developed and is owned and managed by LRC2. Also co-developed, owned, and managed by LRC2, Hotel Indigo is an upscale boutique hotel at the entrance of The University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. Currently, LRC2 is currently under construction on its fourth Marriott Tribute Portfolio hotel in Rogers, Arkansas.
