Hotel Anomaly is 136-key, new-build Tribute Portfolio hotel by Marriott, located within the District at Pinnacle Hills in Rogers, Arkansas. The hotel is designed to serve as the hospitality living room for the District’s mixed- use environment, integrating Class A office, retail, and dining. Amenities will include a full-service restaurant and a rooftop bar, with an anticipated opening in late 2027
