Graduate Oxford, co-developed and co-owned by LRC2, is a 136-room hotel located on The Square in downtown Oxford, just one mile from the University of Mississippi. Built as a new development on the former site of the Downtown Inn, the hotel opened in September 2015 and quickly became a distinctive part of the city’s hospitality landscape. Guests enjoy a 3,000-square-foot vintage-inspired lobby, The Coop rooftop terrace bar, and Cabin 82 café. In 2024, Hilton Worldwide acquired the Graduate Hotels brand, bringing Graduate Oxford into the Hilton network and further elevating its national profile.
